The Train Mind Body Soul online program offers guided workouts available to follow at a time and place that suits you. The program also offers support, community and education through our members only group page and mobile app. We regularly add new content to our private community group page - and plan our upcoming content based on the requests of our members.

The moment you sign up for the program, we’ll send you an invitation to join our private online community group and download the app. After logging in, you can access the full library of existing workouts, as well as the private discussion forum, and educational content. In the forum, members share their experiences, give each other support, and can ask any questions they may have for our team.

Train with us at a time convenient to you using our on demand classes. Access the full library of workouts at any time, via any device with an internet connection*.

One of the most important elements to an effective workout is training at the correct intensity for your level of fitness. That’s why in each of our guided workouts we try to offer alternatives for each movement.

We also know that on your busiest days, 10 minutes of exercise is far better than 0 - so we offer a variety of workouts of different set durations - 10, 20 and 30 minute workouts, so you can always plan ahead to fit some exercise in.

No kit at home? No problem. Many of our workouts are bodyweight based. Want to train outdoors or in a fitness facility? No problem. All of our workouts are accessible from your phone (internet connection required / Mighty Networks account required for group access).

Workouts to suit any level

Each of our 10 to 30 minute, guided workouts contain options to adjust the workout intensity. You choose the level that suits you, and make progressions over time as your fitness levels improve!

From the members only group, you can also access previous content from the program, including workouts, question and answer sessions, and bonus workouts, tips and tutorials from our highly qualified team.
