Personal training booking process
This page details the current booking process for personal training sessions at Train MBS. Our Personal Training diary is managed through our website using acuity scheduling.
Register your account
After booking a consultation or PT session, use the ‘Register for an Account’ link to enable you to log-in and view upcoming appointments, cancel / reschedule sessions and view your active subscriptions and payment history.
You can also download the app (links below) to be able to easily log in and manage your sessions.
Once you have registered and booked your initial consultation and subsequent PT sessions they will appear in your member area. If you encounter any technical issues accessing the scheduling software or booking sessions please let us know and we will make it our priority to resolve this for you. Otherwise you can access the help center for scheudling here.
Booking Process and Terms and Conditions
Once arriving in the studio for your session, please ensure you sign / initial to confirm you have attended the session (your trainer will leave your sheet out). This is to ensure we keep an accurate record of your attendance.
At the bottom of each sign in sheet is an overview of our booking and cancellation policy, which is:
Any sessions cancelled within a 24 hour notice period will be lost.
Any sessions not used, expire within 90 days. (It is your responsibility to book yourself in for these sessions).
If you do not cancel your session from the diary it will still be counted as an active session.
Sessions cancelled by the trainer will be re-booked at the earliest available date.

Booking Process FAQ
Q: I’m trying to cancel an upcoming session and the system won’t let me?
A: If you’re trying to cancel a session within 24 hours the system will not let you cancel the session due to it being within that timeframe. If you are cancelling/rescheduling a session, it needs to be before this window. Otherwise it will count as an active session. (This is mainly due to the fact that within 24 hours it is very difficult to offer that slot to someone else).
Q: I need to cancel a session in advance, what is the process for this?
A: If you are cancelling a session in advance we ask that as well as letting your trainer know, please remove the session from your upcoming appointments by logging into your account and cancelling/rescheduling the session. Failure to do this will leave the session booked in your trainers diary. In the circumstance a session has not been removed from your trainers diary - i.e. it has not been cancelled online, the late cancellation policy would apply.
Q: I cannot access the confirmation page to set up / register my account.
A: If you can no longer access the confirmation page, you can also register for an account from your initial confirmation email. If you cannot find this please let us know and we will re-send this to you. Please do this step only once otherwise it can result in setting up multiple accounts in your name.
